Creates a Bill of Quantities consisting of Item, Subtype and Quantity. It is also possible to include cable data.

1. Select Output Manager > Bill of Quantities report utility. The confirmation dialog appears.

   BBES Database Server Request Output cable data? [Yes] [No]

2. Select Yes/No. Selecting Yes opens the Reports dialog.

   • Bill of Quantities
   • Luminaires schedule
   • Transformer schedule
3. Select Bill of Quantities and click > Excel. Create Bill of Quantities report in Excel.
   
   
   

   Bill of Quantities with cable data

   The Bill of Quantities report is generated as a standard .xls file, excluding the symbols in Drawing Legends.

Schedules

Selecting Luminaires schedule report type would generates a schedule as shown below:

Note: Symbols need to be equipped with Subtypes to appear in the Luminaire schedule.

Selecting Transformer schedule report type would generates a schedule for active rooms as shown below:
